Vincent Grappy is titular organist of the Cathedral of Blois. He completed organ studies with Francois-Henri Houbart, Marie-Claire Alain, and Louis Robilliard. Also a harpsichordist, he was a student of Olivier Baumont and Bob van Asperen.

He is laureate of international organ competitions of the City of Paris and Chartres, awards that have afforded him the opportunity to play many concerts in France and abroad  (Europe, USA and Brazil).

An eclectic musician, Vincent Grappy has developed an extensive organ repertoire from early music to contemporary composers like Jean-Louis Florentz or Patrick Burgan; He has also much experience and interest with chamber music performance and choir accompaniment. He realize many transcriptions for choir and organ, e.g. Stabat Mater and 7 Répons des Ténèbres of Francis Poulenc, or Psalmus Hungaricus of Kodaly. 

He has recorded a dozen organ CDs including Bach's Art of Fugue, the work of J.F. Dandrieu and one dedicated to the composer Ermend Bonnal who received excellent reviews (Hortus editions).

He also holds a Certificate of Aptitude as professor of organ and a Master in Pedagogy, and he is artistic director of the chamber music competition "Musique au Centre".
